I first met Dr Annette Da Silva when my younger son hurt his back when he was in High School...at least 15 yrs ago. I was also having a back issue which she noticed on one of our visits and offered to help. Since I was undergoing treatment with another doctor, she gave me the option to continue my treatment with this doctor and if it didn't work, she was sure she could help me. Truer words were never spoken. I saw results with her treatments within a couple of months and a year later I was almost back to normal. I have a new "normal" now since I know I have limitations, but I can count on Dr Da Silva to "fix" whatever I throw out of whack. She's my fixer-upper and an amazing doctor. I recommend her to anyone who is having a pain management problem.

For most of 2011 I suffered from chronic migraines everyday; each worse than the next. I first sought out neurologist after neurologist to find the answer. I also tried every medication, both preventive and for the onset of migraines as well as rounds of steroids. After all the medications had failed, I finally became a candidate for Botox. After four treatments I soon learned that Botox wasn’t the answer and stopped the treatment and seeing the neurologist. I met Dr. DaSilva in 2011. I finally began to feel relief for the first time in a long time. It wasn’t just a temporary relief; Dr. DaSilva was able to keep my migraines at bay. Finally, I found what and who I had been searching for. I continue to see Dr. DaSilva once a month for maintenance, but I have never felt better and I owe it all to her. Dr. DaSilva’s knowledge and dedication have helped change my life and I will forever be grateful that I walked through her office doors.
